Sensei — Bushin Ryu Aikijujitsu

The head instructor of Bushin Ryu Aikijujitsu brings decades of dedicated study in the classical Japanese martial arts tradition. Training began in earnest under recognized masters of Aikijujitsu, Jujitsu, Aikido, Escrima and other related diciplines, with an emphasis on preserving the authentic techniques and spirit of the art as it was practiced by the samurai class.

Over the years, instruction has been sought from senior practitioners across multiple lineages, ensuring that the curriculum taught at Bushin Ryu reflects a deep and well-rounded understanding of the classical tradition rather than any single narrow interpretation.

The instructor's approach to teaching is rooted in patience, precision, and respect for the student's individual development. Rank and credentials are secondary to character — students are evaluated on their sincerity, their understanding, and their conduct both on and off the mat.

Classical Aikijujitsu
